Unable to contact a human at ID

Please can  you give me a number so I can talk to a human   - My daughter is unable to use her phone and we are unable to get through using the automated system as it is not recognising the PIN.

The live chat is even a BOT that does not understand!!!!  

Any suggestions would be appreciated as her phone is useless

What issues specifically is it that you’re daughter is experiencing with her phone? Has she upgraded or changed tariff recently?

There is no telephone support!

It's one of the key factors as to how ID Mobile (and several other MVNO's) can offer such cheap tariffs. If you want telephone support, pay more for your phone service and go direct with the likes of Vodafone, O2, EE and Three.

Failing that, use live chat and speak to an and agent.

This problem  is listed as 'solved' but I can't find a solution. I'm looking for a phone number to speak to a human to resolve a problem. Or an email, that would do.
