Unable to make a call

Can no longer make or receive calls from my home location, but my wife can using her Id account phone when I move to another location I can make calls. Was working fine two week ago. WiFi and internet work fine strong 4G signal. Tried all the various suggested solutions given to me during an on line chat by the so called tech expert, even installed a newly supplied sim card, still the same problem. Following further advice I have installed my wife’s ID sim in my phone and can make calls and receive calls, so no problem with the phone, install my sim in the wife’s phone still have the problem unable to make calls, move to another location all works fine. Can any one help. My local 5G mask is located close to my location PO6 4NT

If your Wife’s iD Mobile SIM is working just fine in the areas where yours doesn’t, it sounds like an individual SIM card issue, have you tried a replacement SIM card?

Hi, yes new sim fitted, but still have the same problem.


I have the same issue no data only internet access!  How do we sort please?
