Since I joined iD mobile, I have not been able to make or receive calls when not using the home WiFi or Office WiFi. capntact complaints depat, said that it might be the e-sim so will send me a physical Sim. received it and still not working. This is very frustrating and there is no one who is available to contact for assistance apart from thsi ridiculous Ask the community where you have to again sign up. Have spoken to Ombudsman about this as getting no joy from iD and they are just taking the money without providing the service. I believe this is just a SCAM to get peoples money and not provide the SERVICE
