Unable to make or recieve calls


I received a phone call this morning that when I answered disconnected and since then haven’t been able to make calls to any number or receive phone calls. I am still receiving text messages to say that I’m missing calls but they aren’t coming through. I have 5G signal and I’m at home where I normally have no problems. I’ve tried toggling aeroplane mode on and off and tried restarting my phone but it hasn’t helped. I’ve checked the service status page and it doesn’t report that there are any service issues in my area.

Same here in west London. I think is the entire 3 network again. Keep checking on down detector as a lot of people reported it this morning

I website where people report issues with network i cam see comments coming through on the 3 network page.

I’m the same, I was on a call and it just went off and said call failed. Since then I can’t make or receive calls but getting texts to say missed calls - new I should have stayed with Vodafone 😭

I’d recommend keeping an eye on the Service Status page for the latest updates. At the moment there isn’t an ETA, but rest assured this is Priority #1 for our network partner Three UK to fix.

It could take days. It all depends on 3 network. Last time it lasted like almost 1 day and 1 night.

 

Not sure why it keeps happening and also we dont get any compensation.

That’s right, all networks that piggyback off of Three UK (including Three themselves) are impacted. Thanks.
