I have transferred from 3 today and my number should have transferred over too.
My data is working but I am unable to make or receive phone calls or send or receive texts.
I have been on the live chat twice. 1st time I was told to wait until 6pm and the problem would resolve. 2nd time (after 6pm) I was told to reset my network setting which didn’t work and then I list my place in the live chat.
Could I please get some help to resolve this issue.
