Unable to make/receive calls

I am unable to make/receive calls for the last 2 days. I was told that ticket has been raised with technical team, its been 2 days but no updates. I got a text message yesterday and today from ID  that they need more information and asked me to contact them again.. but the chat agent has no clue about the text message I received… Is there any escalation point of contact who can really look into customer issues? My phone is working with other sim card, its really career problem, but no acknowledgment or response from anyone within ID. Any help would be really appreciated. Its my 3rd day stopped making and receiving calls completely.

Yes, I’m having the same issue, for the last week or so. Tried turning it on and off, removing the SIM card, turning on and off plane mode… the usual suspects. Not keen that my bloody phone is basically useless as a phone and I’ll bet I’m still being charged for it. No information, no updates, no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue… just being ghosted by my network provider. That’s not really on. Poor, poor service in truth.

You can contact them via live chat. This is problem on their side but they pretend like it does not exist. They will offer you a new sim card but it wont fix anything.

Thanks for your help and where I can find the live chat?  please could you give me  a link? I am struggling to find a way to contact them.  My phone stopped to make phone call for two weeks now.

I called them again… and started with the same troubleshooting… I was frustrated and told that I had spent more than an hour and finally the ticket was raised with technical team…got to know that Technical team already closed the ticket without even contacting me for a courtesy…. Pathetic.. and the agent said we will waive off the amount for the period of no service…. I was so disappointed and asked what are you going to to resolve the problem… rather than waiver… he put me on hold and checked with manager… and then few more troubleshooting steps carried out… finally its resolved after modifying few things in iMessage and Phone settings… but those steps are not mentioned in any of the articles provided by ID. In my case, issue resolved after replacing 0 with +44 under my number setting and after adding my number into iMessages…. but no answer to how it was working until 3 days before… anyway the issue resolved, I can make and receive calls now.

Hi, I had similar problem where I couldn’t receive or make calls. Try turning imessage off then on then turn phone off and turn it back on. It worked for me

I have managed to fix it on my Iphone…. If you are using an Iphone with IOS18 open settings, select apps, scroll down and select phone, and where it says “My number” type your number starting with a 0(zero). Then click save. Try to make a phone call. Worked for me straight away.
