Unable to make UK phone calls as phone cap has been reached with unlimited minutes.

I am Unable to make UK phone calls as phone cap has been reached despite having unlimited minutes.

 

I have made calls in the past but can no longer make calls after several attempts.

 

I have tried to call an 0845 number with no luck!!!!

 

Never expected to have this problem with having unlimited minutes in my contract!!!

    Hey there ​@AntoniaS, sorry to hear that.

     

    If you have unlimited minutes, this doesn’t include calls to premium or chargeable numbers. Therefore, you’ll need to increase your bill cap to allow these calls to go through:
