unable to phone a vodafone voip landline

My wife and I both Id mobile users cannot dial my parents Vodafone voip landline. 
 

outgoing calls from the landline to us work

parents are able to dial their own landline

common point is Id mobile

Has the landline recently ported? Sounds like a split port issue.

    i believe it was relatively recently although data from parents suspect!

    landline to my id mobile ok, id mobile to landline fails

    parents mobiles to landline ok, wish i knew their networks but i know its not id or 3

    mrs id mobile to landline also fails.

    any idea why a split port would affect one mobile operator?

    Sorry to hear this, on your iD Mobile plan, are you able to make calls to other numbers as normal?
