Unable to send or receive calls. Partner has the same issue.


Both have a MotoG6, fully paid bills, etc. We’ve tried calling each other, calling friends with no luck. Can still send a receive texts.

Tried switching phones on and off, checking the ID access point settings, switching on and off roaming, flights modes, wifi.

Partner is awaiting a call back from the doctor, so not great.

Any other ideas?

Have you tried the steps in this article?

It’s most likely due to the fact the Moto G6 doesn’t support VoLTE, which is now required to make calls after the recent 3G Switch Off. Thanks.
