It has been confirmed to me that there is an outage problem in my area ( TORBAY). I am not able to  receive or make calls and haven't been for 36 hours. Why has ID not updated its current status page  in regard to voice calls from normal to disrupted?

Sorry to hear this ​@Alison Ramon  this must be very frustrating.

The online system is automatically updated every 30 minutes, is it not displaying that there are any current issues?

The Three UK network status checker doesn’t seem to update every 30-minutes - are MVNO companies offered a better status checking service?
