Urgent: No Service Issue After Number Transfer

Subject: Urgent: No Service Issue After Number Transfer

Good evening,

I have not had any service since joining. I transferred my number and entered the PAC code over the weekend, which should have activated my service by 10 PM on March 18th.

The lack of service is affecting my work, so I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

The current and correct mobile number is.

ID Mobile number

Thank you. Nicola

Yes you do and if it’s not activated after you insert it (shows no network) follow these instructions.

Have you turned your phone off/on again?

Tried resetting network settings?

Hey there @Nicola Welsh, thank you for reaching out.

Firstly, I’ve edited your post and deleted your phone numbers to protect your personal information.

Are you still having issues please?

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi, I still have no service. Live chat activated the blank SIM I was given, but it hasn't worked. What should I do next?

Thank you

Did you have service before the number transferred using the iD temporary number.

I have no service at all. I transferred my old sim card to my new phone. I never received a new SIM card. I did PAC last weekend and was informed that the switch was completed on the 18th of March, but I still have no service. I have rebooted the device multiple times as well.

It won't connect to any other networks.

You need an iD SIM card to use the iD network. I suggest you goto your nearest Curry’s store with photo iD to pick up a replacement iD SIM card.

I have already been to the store and picked up a blank ID Mobile SIM. Do I need to insert that into the phone?
