Very Poor Network Connectivity

I have recently been experiencing very poor connectivity especially making calls. Its happening both receiving and making calls. When receiving calls the callers complaint that its keep ringing and I do not pick up, causing arguments some times, as it never rings on my phone. While making calls there is always a long silence as if the world has come to an END. very frustrating and annoying. what the solution can be?

With the recent 3G switch off, some users are reporting issues with calls, we apologise for any inconvenience caused, we'd recommend the following;
