very poor network lately

I've done all the normal things to improve my network connection,  but lately it's been really bad,

Network tests:

Meteor - result poor (ping - 0.0ms, upload - 879Kps, download - 0.0ms).

Opensignal - result (latency - 53ms, upload - 624Kps, download - 6.34Mbps)

So calls seem ok now and again.

Messenger calling, poor.

Websites so slow giving up waiting.

This is a poor show for ID Mobile.

Check the coverage on ID Mobile app and it supposed to be good for indoor and out, but this is not the case.

Please advise.

Hi @s.pink

We’re very sorry to hear this.

Please could you provide your postcode?

But it's not just that location,  elsewhere also.

Unfortunately this has been my experience too - I keep changing between 1p mobile (EE) and ID Mobile for the roaming allowence, but when in the UK, i regret using ID Mobile

Hi @s.pink

Okay, do you have issues absolutely everywhere you go or do you get a working signal in some areas?

Hey there @s.pink, we’re glad to hear it’s working there. What other full postcodes do you have issues in?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hey there @s.pink, I can see this area is in/near a patchy coverage area, so we’d expect signal to be weaker here in general:

https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?location=AL7+1RR

The coverage map is a close estimate, and with weak/no 3G or 5G here, we’d expect the 4G to be weaker at times, sorry about that.

Furthermore, for SN15 4AN, as you’ve mentioned above, we're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.

We hope to have things fixed as soon as possible and will add any updates here.

https://www.three.co.uk/support/network-and-coverage/coverage?location=dh44ar&tab=2#tabs-c2d0d12ce8-item-2988999184-tab

Therefore, whilst work is on-going here, we’d expect weaker signal, and we hope it’s resolved ASAP.

Are there any other places you’re having issues in currently?

Thanks,

Tyler
