Hi I’m new iDmobile costumer  my internet very poor service I’m coming of EE mobile is very good service in zone

    Maybe the Three UK mobile network (iD Mobile’s network partner) might not be as good as EE, in every location you use the phone with your iD SIM, ​@Ravinder7713. 

    This can happen because the UK mobile networks are operating using differents parts of the radio spectrum (for terrestrial mobile networks), along with different infrastructures and equipment suppliers, for their mobile network towers and mobile network cells.
