That response was not aimed at you. So the issue for Agita has been confirmed to be congestion.

You can tell which reply is for each person by looking at the (at) @ icon, thus for the most part the replies have been for @Agita Čivče-Vaivode 

@Matthew T asked if you (by adding the @Dimi75) had heard back from your ticket to Three. I have to assume this will be via the private message facility within this forum.

To clarify, the screenshot you posted was for Agita, not for yourself.

Looking at the ticket, there is ongoing issues with the network infrastructure in and around your area and there isn’t an ETA from Three UK on when the issue will be fixed. Thanks.
