  • Technical Glitch:

Some users have reported that their custom voicemail messages revert to the default greeting periodically, which they believe is a technical issue.

  • Storage Limits:

iD Mobile, like other providers, may have limits on voicemail storage, and if you're receiving a large number of voicemails or have long recordings, this could potentially cause the system to reset your custom greeting.

  • Troubleshooting:

If you experience this issue, you can try the following:
    • Check your voicemail settings: Make sure your custom greeting is correctly set in your voicemail settings.
    • Delete old voicemails: If you suspect storage limits are an issue, try deleting older saved voicemails.
    • Contact customer support: If the issue persists, consider contacting iD Mobile's customer support to investigate and potentially resolve the problem.
  • If all else fails check network status to see if any issue have been reported with message services or network issues.
