Voicemail - "The number you are calling is unavailable"

My voicemail worked fine for the first 2 weeks, then 2 weeks ago it all changed. Callers can ring my number but it does not cut into vmail for the callers, it says "the number you are calling is unavailable". Reported it 3 times on live chat. No solution. Reported it twice on tel customer services, no solution. When will it be fixed please? Anyone else had this problem?

Hi Michelleb, have you already tried using the app to turn off your Voicemail and then reactivate it later?

Are you able to access your Voicemail to check for any messages?
