I've just gone into my settings and just realised in the mobile network settings the voltage sim 1 was turned off! Maybe if people try thst it might work?? Because mine has straight away.

Hi ​@James yun  our friends over at Three had experienced some issues, but this all should be resolved now.

As ​@WelshPaul  has confirmed, VoLTE must be enabled on your handset, so if it has been switched off this may explain why/if you have been experiencing any issues with your calls.

Indeed, enabling VoLTE is necessary for making and receiving calls over 4G and 5G connections.

So I  other words!! It was the VOLTE turned off in the settings ?
