VoLTE compatible devices

Hi All, I’ve had a headache with another provider on the Three network who say my Xperia 10iii is excluded from VoLTE compatibility, even though it is a VoLTE enabled device, and the 3g switch off therefore means I cannot use the Xperia 10iii with them.

It’s a dual SIM phone, and the daft thing is I also have an ID Mobile sim in there which works fine. 

My question is, is the other provider being difficult, or will my phone stop working with ID as well??

Well, I’ve had a look at the iD phone compatibility list and this is what it currently states for all Xperia phones:

Sony Xperia 5 II (5G version) Yes Yes
Sony Xperia E4G N/A N/A
Sony Xperia E5 N/A N/A

Sony Xperia L3 (SM33) Yes Yes
Sony Xperia T3 N/A N/A
Sony Xperia X10 N/A N/A
Sony Xperia X Compact N/A N/A

So although its not on the list it may have some functionality, but no idea for how long.
