Hi All, I’ve had a headache with another provider on the Three network who say my Xperia 10iii is excluded from VoLTE compatibility, even though it is a VoLTE enabled device, and the 3g switch off therefore means I cannot use the Xperia 10iii with them.
It’s a dual SIM phone, and the daft thing is I also have an ID Mobile sim in there which works fine.
My question is, is the other provider being difficult, or will my phone stop working with ID as well??

I’d say the same as @Daz_S above, your device may work currently, however as we don’t officially support it, we cannot guarantee it’d work now or in the future.
