Yes many times and still don’t work. If will longer I want cancel my contract. It is not normal and to long fixed. Contact with service is very difficult. Crazy

I contacted sopel and ee. There is no problem with their id. The phone does not give access to any card. Only wi fi works

My phone has not been working since Thursday. It does not allow me to connect a card from any network. It is definitely unlocked. The SIM card inserted into another phone does not work. I am writing to you for the second time. This is not serious. I have a lot of stress because of this and problems with doing my job. I have been to the service, contacted Apple and EE, and no one sees a problem. It was noticed that ID Mobile indicated that the phone is lost or stolen. This is a lie. I am its owner, and I always have. Please remove the fault immediately. If not, please provide information regarding the termination of the contract due to your fault.
