the iD (3) signal is so weak/poor. I work in Lancing, the signal is unacceptable.  The same and at my home, in Eastbourne. I am only one week with iD and I am already thinking leaving.

Hi sir. Postcode are BN22 0AR and BN15 8HJ but now I am in the middleof Brighton and not signal. My phone is an Galaxy A70. Today I couldn't book a appointment with my dentist.  Call to them 4 times and was not able to book a appointment because every time the line dropped down. I really regret coming to iD.

Hi @teoniko

Thank you for providing the postcodes.

I have ran checks on both and can confirm the following.

BN22 0AR -

We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible.

We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here.

When there isn’t a known issue, the area is very patchy for 5G so using 4G would be highly recommended.

BN15 8HJ - No issues detected but again, 5G is very patchy in this area. Please ensure you are using 4G to connect.

Thanks,

Nat

Hi. My phone doesn't support 5G. For BN15 8HJ area the problem is too big. I was with Vodafone before coming to iD and everything was fine. You saying the area is patchy,  what this does mean? We are paying for having the service, if not and me am paying with "patchy " payment. You need to fix the problems in patchy areas. I just regret coming to iD.

Hey there @teoniko, for the postcode ending in 8HJ, are you using 4G here, and having issues?

Thanks,

Tyler

Is not worth to continue this conversation. I just need to wait for another 11 months and 19 days till my contract ends.

No problem at all @teoniko, sorry you feel that way, and if you decide to leave at the end of the contract, we wish you all the best.

Please get back in touch if you’d like further assistance.

Thanks,

Tyler
