Hi (1st time on here so go easy on me)

I’ve been on ID Mobile for many years and have always been able to make calls in the house.

Recently (I’d say the last 3 months or so) I’m not getting any network reception unless I stand right at the front window of the house and even then it sometimes doesn’t work.

I’ve followed all the suggested options I’ve found through other similar posts on here such as phone off/on,  reset phone network settings, checked for probs or outages in the area, checked network coverage and status etc but nothing has made any difference.

I’ve got full Wi-Fi signal but no bars for the network. Internet is fine in the house. When I’m out and about my 4G is fine and I have no probs making/receiving calls.

There have been no changes in the house that would make a difference.

What am I missing? What can I do?

It’s getting to the point that I’m gonna have to move to a different provider if I can’t sort it out.

Hi Tom, sorry I missed your original message.

My postcode is EH6 in Edinburgh and it is still no better all these weeks later grrr lol.
