who do i complain to?


I'm so sick of ID mobile, it's every few months full days at a time i can't make or receive calls or texts or use my mobile data! Which maybe wouldn't matter if I just sat inside all day but some people have to work! Yesterday I missed a work booking & the school couldn't get hold of me to tell me my daughter had an after school detention she has no safe way home so needs picking up! 

It's becoming a real problem and we're not even offered some kinda of reduced payment for all these outages, just oh sorry we know you're paying for this but some days you can't use it and thats that!

Hey there ​@Elainer, we did indeed have an outage with some calls/texts on Wednesday. The outage has now been resolved, calls and text messages should now be working again as usual. If you're still having issues, we'd recommend restarting your phone.

Yes I'm very aware of your many outages, my question is more who do I complain to bevause I'm very fed up of paying for a service I dont get to use some days
