who else is receiving very poor service?

I know I'm not the only one, as much as ID will suggest to me its an issue with theirs/threes network. Everyone I know on either network is having major issues. 

Let's start. About 1 year ago around my renewal I noticed that signal was slightly poor in one area of my town and that phone calls were every poor. Assuming that i can have full  5g signal at the same time I assumed it was a faulty mast and would be fixed so stayed. One year later no improvement.  Now this last month it has got even worse since the the 3g switch off. I have spoken to someone at id and tried all the usual bullshit they suggest yet again. Rather than them admit there's a serious issue they come up with everything under the sun as a reason for it not working. 

 

My main 2 complaints are having good service and no one being able to hear me properly, yet my end being perfectly clear.

The other is a massive decrease in coverage 

If you're having these issues please let me know, I'm contacting ofcom and watchdog about it. I was unable to make a 999 call due to this issue and had to drive to get signal. How is it possible they keep making it worse. I've gone from Amazing coverage and speeds to barely being able to do anything. 

 

Id love to be able to speak to a manager rather than someone munching away on food in their livingroom. (Assuming from what sounded like children in the background)
