Why do I have no network coverage while your network coverage check says i have perfect network coverage?

I have no network coverage. I can't make calls and have no Internet, but your network coverage checker says i have perfect coverage. How is that?

What's going on with your network coverage??? It's the next day from my original message and still the same problem!
