My wife and I are both have ID as our mobile provider. We have been unable to receive calls and make calls for two days -I hope there is some form of refund for this lack of service. We both have the ID Mobile apps, but when trying to use this way of contacting ID -a message tells us that our devices are NOT compatible with your app. We cannot contact you in other way, other than using this PC.
I have left questions on your website, only to get a computerised ‘standard’ reply -Is there ant Live peson who can answer -WHY YOU CAN SENDOUT BILLS BY E-MAIL BUT WE CANNOT GET IN CONCTACT WITH YOU. We are looking to ditch ID Mobile.
