Why is this network so bad now ?


Over the last few weeks im dropping calls and then today the network is down . This is not good enough and the service is shocking. The service I was sold is not fir for purpose and as such anyone with the same issues should be allowed to leave free of charge .  Total shambles im loosing work because of this .

Complaint incoming and a email to OFCOM regarding these ongoing issues we are all facing.

Okay ​@mark1316, sorry to hear the iD network isn’t what you expected.

Just to say, a grey area perhaps, but the iD terms & conditions say their network services are for your own personal use, not business or commercial use.

Meanwhile hopefully things will improve - although, today Three UK has an issue with voice services.

Customers should now be able to make and receive calls and text messages as normal. If you're still experiencing issues, please try restarting your phone. 

 

If you’re still experiencing call dropouts, please could you provide your postcode?
