why is this network so tragically bad?

Ive been using this network for just over a month, and i can say without a doubt its the worst network i have ever used. Im consistantly getting below 1mbps data speeds regardless of where i am or what time it is. My job consists of mainly driving for 9-10 hours a day so even hundreds of miles around the country at any time my data speeds are sickening. It interferes with my job as i use google maps to navigate my journey, i have complained so many times about this and still no one has done anything to help. They sent me a new sim card as “that may be the problem” when it obviously isnt, then they say “oh its because a mast is faulty and needs fixing”, despite me being 300+ miles away from that location, then they come up with, “oh its just congestion”. I highly doubt there is congestion across the entire of the country. Its so infuriating having to pay and deal with my service being this tragic. Avoid this network at all costs, it is not worth it.

Hi there ​@Samboozled, we’re very sorry to hear that. In terms of you having issues in the first month of your contract, we do have a returns period, where you’re free to return the contract if you’re unhappy with the services, and would recommend doing if the service is that poor for yourself, which of course we’d have completely understood if you did so.

 

In terms of the complaint, what was last said and when was this please?
