why reception so terrible in Birmingham

North Birmingham signal seems to be getting worse. Constant drop outs and poor signal in general. Really wish I hadn’t changed from EE but now stuck in this crap contract.

Hi @James Greet,

Welcome to the Community!

How long have you been experiencing the issue?

You can enter your postcode at the link below to check your network coverage and network status in the area.

It’s always worth testing the SIM in a different handset and a replacement SIM.

Experiencing since a month or so in to contract.

Still terrible in uk.

visited Tenerife, got a text from ID about being able to use plan over there, great.

however it was worse than at home in Birmingham. Kept flicking an hour ahead then back again for the whole week, showing 4G and a small amount of signal but doing nothing.

Feel as though been tricked in a 2 year headache nightmare, especially when at home in Birmingham and struggling for a decent connection.
