Question

worst network coverage

Despite there network coverage indicator saying I receive excellent coverage I can assure them I don't complained they sent me a new SIM card saying that's the problem didn't do a thing and even with WiFi calling it's horrendous I've got a brand new Google pixel 9 and my partner has a brand new iPhone and she is the exact same biggest mistake I made was taking a contract out with Id mobile paying £27 a month for nothing

Hi @kev0314

I’m sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

If you’ve joined us recently, you may still be in your cooling off period, it may be worth exploring this option if the signal is not suitable.

Hey there @kev0314, sorry to hear that. Looking at the coverage checker, I can see your postcode is very close to the coast, which can unfortunately affect signal I’m afraid.

Are you connected to 3G, 4G or 5G when having issues please?

Do you have issues with calls, texts or data, or all three?

Thanks,

Tyler

All 3 and not only in my home address yesterday I was in Glasgow city centre and I couldn't talk to my daughter because the signal was so bad and I was with EE for 10 years right next to the coast and didn't have a problem so that excuse doesn't fly

Thank you for your reply @kev0314

I am afraid we can only comment on the information available for our network. This may differ between providers.

Do you have the postcode for where you were in Glasgow? Town centers can also be impacted by many factors including the buildings and usage.

Thanks,

Natalie
