Worst network coverage

In my 30+ years of owning a mobile phone, this network has to be the worst I've ever experienced! As well as that it also has the worst customer services I've come across, I don't think it a coincidence that you have no direct contact number,instead you have to come on a forum to try and get any assistance. 

My contract couldn't come to an end soon enough and I for one will never give this firm my business again and I will make sure everyone I know steers well clear of it also.

Although we don't have a customer service phone-line and we are an online business, we have many ways that our customers can get in contact with our great teams across all formats.

We are available from 8am-8pm through our socials on weekdays, and 9am-5:30pm on weekends, on both Facebook and Twitter, where you can pick up the conversation with us whenever you like.

We are also available through our live-chat, and our live-chat team are available 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

Can you please check your coverage here to see if there are any current outages in your area - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

Some materials and structures can also affect signal strength.

Can you try switching to 4G only to see if that helps? Do you have Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE enabled?
