zero coverage or network. the phone also just cuts out constantly.


The minute I leave the house and come off the WiFi I have no internet despite my phone saying 4 bars. I’ll be in the phone and phone just cuts out. Can’t use headphones or make calls. Totally shocking service please help. Was told I’d have 5g and near perfect signal. I don’t have either. Please help So321bj is the postcode please sort this or I’ll be taking further steps.

Welcome to the Community!

I’m unable to locate any issues in the area.

Have you tested the SIM in a different handset? It may also be worth testing a replacement SIM card.
