Want to track your delivery? We’ve got you covered! Here’s how to track your order and know exactly when it’ll arrive:
I ordered a Phone or Accessory (DPD).
Once your order has been picked by our warehouse, DPD will send you a tracking number and updates via email This email might show that your delivery is coming from Currys (our parent company).
You can track your parcel on their website: track.dpd.co.uk
On the delivery day, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS from DPD with your one-hour delivery slot and your unique PIN. You can also find your PIN in the DPD app. Check out the Community article below for more helpful information:
Please note: If you live in a remote area that falls outside DPD's one-hour delivery time slot service, you won't receive a text.
I ordered a SIM (Royal Mail).
If you’ve ordered a SIM Only Deal or a replacement SIM, it will be delivered by Royal Mail with a tracked service. Once your order has been picked by our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number and email updates from them, and your delivery should arrive within 2-3 working days.
