I ordered a Phone or Accessory (DPD).
If you’ve ordered a Phone or Accessory, DPD will send you updates via email. This email might show that your delivery is coming from Currys (our parent company).
On the delivery day, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS from DPD with your one-hour delivery slot and your unique PIN. You can also find your PIN in the DPD app. Check out the Community article below for more helpful information:
Please note: If you live in a remote area that falls outside DPD's one-hour delivery time slot service, you won't receive a text.
I ordered a SIM (Royal Mail).
If you’ve ordered a SIM Only Deal or a replacement SIM, it will be delivered by Royal Mail with a tracked service. You’ll receive email updates, and your delivery should arrive within 2-3 working days. If it hasn’t arrived by then, check out the Community article below for more helpful information:
