Hi I have had the same problem with my DPD it says we have receiverd your order details but not yet the parcel

If not, could you elaborate on the problem you have?

Speaking generally. If you had placed an order with us you would get DPD tracking information the day it is dispatched. On rare occasion the details on the tracking number won’t relate to your order exactly until later in the day once DPD have scanned things further along through their delivery network.
