My SIM card has not arrived


i’ve been on chat 3 times to ask for a replacement SIM as the one sent for my third ID account does not work.  I’ve been asking for 3 weeks and it has not arrived. there is no way to contact ID by phone and now even chat does not work. does anyone know how to get a SIM from ID?

When did you place the order?

SIM cards take 2-3 days to arrive.

 

Please can you confirm?
