I ordered my SIM card on Wednesday 22nd July. I immediately got confirmation that it had been processed and I was charged my Direct Debit the next day. The SIM has not arrived yet and I am a bit fed up as there is no way to contact a rep to ask about it. My other contract has expired so I can’t currently phone or access 3G and it’s hugely annoying, as I was sure that the ID SIM would come in time.
