Hi, my new phone arrived over a week ago but my SIM card still hasn’t arrived yet

That’s unusual @Armitage33, they’re usually sent out together.

 

Have you double checked the packaging? Was it an upgrade or a new line?

Yes it was just the phone that was delivered. A new Line.
