Replacement sim

Hi, no chat people available and no number to call, not a great start.

Just received my brand new phone and ID sim and the sim card does not work in the phone - not connecting or recognising the sim at all. I don’t know the phone number of the sim card as it isn’t on the packaging.

I need a new sim card/advice please.

We’re sorry to hear about that. Does the SIM card work in another phone? This should show us if the fault is with the SIM card or the phone.

Hi Ryan,

 

No it doesn’t work in another phone either. I did eventually manage to get through on the chat but this was over a week ago and I still have not been sent a replacement sim.

 

Please can you help? Currently paying for a contract I cannot use.
