sim not received after 5 days

Hello, my SIM card has not arrived, 5 working days after I was advised it would. I cannot contact idmobile as I don’t have a working phone, hence the order. Can you advise how else I can contact you to resolve this situation?

Yeah, that system doesn't work. Been on it multiple times and no joy. Can you advise how I cancel the order and get the money I have paid returned.
