Airpods

Hi, I glady recieved a new pair of apple airpods with my new phone.

However, I have found them to be nearly inusable on account of them constantly falling out of my ears.

I am very concerned that this expensive item is going to hit the floor of worse, break and become unuable through the period wilst I am still paying them off in monthly payment.

I see this as a product defect and as such as you kindly what you might be able to offer to help put this right.

As a suggestion, I have noticed the airpod Pro have more of an in-ear fitting with rubber buds, I would be willing to exchange for a pair of these if you would be so kind ?

Thanks

Hey there @jamhrl, sorry to hear that.

The size of Airpods are all the same, and are manufactured by Apple themselves, not us, and all Airpods offered will be the same. We wouldn’t say that this would be a faulty product I’m afraid.

We’d be unable to process an exchange for the Airpod pro’s either I’m afraid.

Unfortunately, this is something we wouldn’t be able to do, sorry about that.

Thank you,

Tyler

As they’re an Apple product I’d suggest popping into one of their stores. Like Tyler advised these are made by Apple and they may have solutions for ill fitting ones. You’ve got nothing to lose by trying.

Hi @jamhrl

You’re free to contact Apple and try, however I’d be quite surprised to see them accommodate this.
