There’s only online support with iD Mobile.
The fastest way to get this sorted would be via the iD Live Chat service.
Make sure you chat between 9am - 6pm, so you get a person in the iD customer support team.
Type “talk to a person” once you get connected in order to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
Otherwise, you can try a PM via one of their social media channels:

- twitter
There should be iD agents 8am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 5:30pm weekends.
If you don’t mind waiting, then someone from iD will reply to your post in due course.
