Hi

I ordered a phone and plan from id, cancelled and returned within 14 days completely unused. Never put the sim in the phone.

I've been charged £10 however. Can this be rectified please

Thanks

Unfortunately @Dango, assuming you returned your order, iD still charge for your contract up to the point of disconnection - rightly or wrongly, because everything was ready to use on their network from date of dispatch.

Hey there @Dango, sorry to hear that.

As @andewhite has kindly advised, you’d be liable to pay for the time the line-rental was opened for, whether used or not.

Thanks,
