I have just upgraded and my phone is due to come out with dpd but I still haven't had a confirmation email from dpd or a phone call or text so that I can track my parcel is there someone who can help me with this thanks

You will receive an order confirmation from us once the order has been accepted and dispatched, and then you’ll receive a further email/text from DPD with tracking information etc.
