Hi there, 
 

I order the iPhone 15 with a contract a few weeks ago. DPD have been trying to deliver my phone since 15th of Novemeber.
 

DPD only deliver Mon - Fri 8am -6pm unfortunately I work these hours and cannot be home for this. They are unable to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place meaning I will never receive my phone. 
 

I have contacted DPD to try and change my delivery options but they said I cannot do that and it needs to be done though you guys as you placed the order.

 

If there is anyway, can I pay extra for this to be delivered at the weekend? Or would it be possible to get this delivered to another address?

We may be able to have DPD change delivery address, but please note the person who placed the order would still need to be present as DPD require a code to be given before handing the parcel over.

 

It may be worth trying as ​@Geluk suggests above to see if they’ll drop it off at one of their drop points.
