Hello,

I recently upgraded my contract but used the wrong delivery address, my previous house address was used.

DPD has attempted to deliver the phone but was refused by the homeowner / no delivery pin.

I have contacted DPD to try and change the delivery but they have refused.

Is there any other way that i can change the delivery address to my new home address?
