Delivery - SIM not received

I have not yet recieved my sim card when will it be delivered please?

My bill is due on the 1st? i will not pay the days i have missed also

please resolve this.

I am sorry to hear that this has happened. A SIM card can sometimes take up to 3-5 working days to arrive via Royal Mail. When did you order the SIM card?

I have not received my SIM card I received my phone nearly 2 weeks ago and have been phoneless since!! To be honest I'm ready to send the phone back if this isn't resolved fast.. when will I receive my SIM card?
