I ordered an iPhone 16 in November for a Christmas present. As it was a present I didn’t open it and just wrapped it up. My son opened it yesterday and it doesn’t work. On closer examination it was the wrong phone, 16 was ordered and 16 pro max was delivered. I took it to Apple Store to see what is issue and have been told it is fake. My invoice is for an iPhone 16 and I have received a fake 16 pro max. What can I do to get the correct phone?
