faulty phone sent back for replacement now iD have cancelled my contract

My new phone was faulty, had to send back to iD before they would send out a replacement. Now they’ve cancelled my plan and can’t get through to on chatbot to ask why they’ve cancelled my plan when I only ever wanted a replacement.

It’s been really hard to get to the correct information from iD and every operator I’ve spoken to on the chat has given different information, cut me off or not listened to what the issue was.

I just want a replacement phone and my contract - anyone else had this?

Wouldn’t it be easier to just place a new order @MegGriff?

I think because I paid some money upfront for my device that may complicate it further.

If your order has been cancelled, iD Mobile should issue you a refund. Give the sales team a call and ask them about it. The iD Mobile sales team can be contacted via several phone numbers depending on the service needed. For general inquiries, sales, and support, you can call 0330 678 1447, which is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
