how long after processing will my phone be delivered?

hi! it took around 5 days for my phone order to be processed, the estimated delivery was for tomorrow and i only just received the email that it’s been processed this morning .. does this mean the phone itself may be dispatched / delivered late? usually i wouldnt mind but my current phone is breaking and becoming more unusable, so i was really hoping to get my new one asap 😩 will i have to wait till next week? its the s25, is that why processing is delayed due to being a pre-order and i dont have to worry it should still be dispatched this evening / arrive tomorrow?

    My order was processed within 3 hours. Initially ordered my phone contract at 9am and i received an email straight away to say that it was processing and then at 11:37am to say that my order had been processed and to await a dispatch email. I should receive my phone on Tuesday.

    I ordered my phone on Saturday and I still waiting for confirmation email from ID mobile that everything is OK. I don't know what going on?

    Hey there ​@Dimmo, sorry to hear this. This is likely due to stock issues, or the credit/security checks are still going through, or the order didn’t go through/failed already. I’d advise calling our sales team on 0207 1391 397 , between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday to look into this further.
