hi! it took around 5 days for my phone order to be processed, the estimated delivery was for tomorrow and i only just received the email that it’s been processed this morning .. does this mean the phone itself may be dispatched / delivered late? usually i wouldnt mind but my current phone is breaking and becoming more unusable, so i was really hoping to get my new one asap 😩 will i have to wait till next week? its the s25, is that why processing is delayed due to being a pre-order and i dont have to worry it should still be dispatched this evening / arrive tomorrow?

Yes with no help whatsoever!
Answer me this - Why do you use DPD as a delivery service, when it is proven from posts from upset customers in your own forum, that their staff are stealing mobile phones on route to delivery? Going on years still using them???? Your customers left in limbo with no service or device yet you still lock them in a contract and blame the customer causing unnecessary stress!
ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND AVOID USE A REAL COMPANY WHO SUPPORT THIER CUSTOMERS!!!
My order was processed within 3 hours. Initially ordered my phone contract at 9am and i received an email straight away to say that it was processing and then at 11:37am to say that my order had been processed and to await a dispatch email. I should receive my phone on Tuesday.
